CATHETER FAQ.

1 TERMINOLOGY

SOUNDS - Stainless steel rods of increasing diameters, used I believe by
medical practitioners to enlarge the piss slit and urethra where it is
undersized or closed up for some reason. Sold in sets varying in size
from about 2 mm to 8 mm diameters and bigger.
SOUNDING - The practice of inserting rods or other straight rigid objects
down the urethra, usually in "our" case as a sexual stimulation.See 2
Safety below.
URETHRA - The tube through the cock leading to the bladder, Piss tube to
us.
CATHETER - Rubber or Nylon tube roughly 12 to 15" long with a pointed end
having a side hole or eye, and a funnel like connection at the "free"
end.
Used medically for the relief of a condition where the person is unable
to relese any piss i.e. the bladder muscles controlling release of piss
clamp shut. It basically forces it's way into the bladder and allows the
piss to drain through the tube. I only use the Rubber ones as I find the nylon
ones too stiff to go round the bends in my internal plumbing.
PLAIN CATH..... - Just a pointed tube version , will fall out if left to
it's own devices.
Known alternatively as a JAEQUES type cath.
BALOON CATH.... - A version with two tubes inside one sheath, one for the
piss to drain through and a second connecting a non return valve
arrangement at the free end to a small ballon at the business end which
can be inflated after insertion. The baloon prevents it retreating and it
becomes permenant until deflated.
PRINCES WAND - A hollow stainless steel tube much like a cross between a
sound and a catheter approx 6" long usually worn for long periods and
retained by cross drilled holes into which studs are screwed, studs pass
through whatever cock head piercings the wearer has, usually has a
decorative stopper which protrudes at the piss slit which can be removed
to piss or cum through the tube. More of a decorative enhancement to cock
piercings but horny to wear and see all the same.

2 SAFETY !!

Very Important With Anything Going Down Your Cock !!!!!!!!!
ALL materials used must be STERILE or sterilised before use, the risk of
infection of the urethra is quite high as it is usually only exposed to
your piss which to your body is sterile.The effect of infection is NSU
Non specific urethritis which fortunately is easily treatable with
antibiotics but embarassing to have treated, it is also painful as you have
a burning sensation like a red hot poker rammed down  your cock every
time you piss, only happened to me once in 5 years and i dont want it again !

DONT USE ANYTHING MADE OF GLASS !

if it breaks you will be in SHIT STREET
Also nickel plated stuff is toxic to the skin as is copper and silver to a
larger extent.
Stick to stainless steel , rubber and plastic which can be sterilised.
So how to sterilise,
Basically BOIL IT ! 10 - 20 mins on the cooker in saucepan and a fast
simmer and then do not handle it with bare hands.
Use rubber examination gloves and wash your hands with them on in
antibacterial hand wash, available from your favourite chemists !
Any lube should be used from a new unopened tube with a sealed cap,
these usually state on the tube sterile till opened.
Dont be tempted to use an opened tube as it could be contaminated from
the time you used it for a fuck session.

3 Next HOW TO DO IT !

Well whatever goes down your cock has to be lubricated as the urethra is a
fairly dry place, getting turned on and having pre cum oozing is a good
start point as this is the cocks natural lube.
Leaving aside the question of what size "thing " to push down
First lube your cock, rub some KY or similar over your piss slit and get it well
down into the hole, having a big hole I can actually inject it down by
inserting the tube end in my slit but smaller built guys will have to work
it down with their rubber gloved finger, this can be a horny experience in itself !
Next lube the first 4" of the cath or sound well with KY, introduce it
slowly into your piss slit and gently push, it should slide in easily, if it
hurts or won't go in it's probably too big a gauge, the first 1/2" of
piss tube behind your throbbing knob is the smallest part of the urethra in
my experience. So if it goes past that bit it will go all the way down.
Keep slowly pushing a little bit at a time, and keep lubing the next bit
to go down, add ky  to your knob end as necessary, you can feel how far in
you are for the length of your cock, as you will be able to feel and see the
end from the outside as, as you know your urethra runs on the bottom of your
cock shaft.
When you get to the bottom of your cock the catheter has to make a right
angle bend to go under you crotch, you will feel it do this and it needs
a bit firmer push to "go round the bend" as it were !
Then there is another smooth bit and another really tight spot as the end
gets to your bladder, now the end has to go through a muscle thet looks
and reacts exactly like your asshole i.e. it has a sphincter muscle that has
to be teased open . Gently increase the pressuure and it will open up, as it
slides in you get this overwealming sensation of penetration not unlike
getting fisted or fucked. and the piss will start to flow uncontrollably.
You can either spray it straight over him, let him drink it from the tube
or put it in a container for later use ! Or put a bung in the tube to
stop it all together.
If you are using a Baloon catheter you now inflate the ballon using
either a syringe (sans needle) or relaesing the clip on pre pressurised ones
and there you are.

To inflate a non pre presurised baloon cath fill a syringe with approx 5 ml of
plain water and fit to the connector, slowly fill the catheter baloon and
hold the syringe plunger in as you disconnect from the connector. To
deflate insert the syringe in the connector and the water will come out
on its own then pull the syringe plunger out a bit to suck the remaining water out
and disconnect. To determine how much water to inject inflate the baloon
slowly with it in the sink and see how much is necessary to get it to blow
up to a reasonable size.

The amount is usually shown on the packet it comes in.
The pre pressurised ones have an external baloon as well that is filled
in the same way, and the water is prevented from reaching the business end by
a plastic clip, release the clip when you want to inflate it. To deflate use
the syringe and put the clip back on and then reinflate the external
baloon for next time.
Always wash the catheter directly after use or drop it into a bowl of
water with some mild disinfectant, MILTON sterilising solution is good, in it to prevent the lube and piss and
precumblocking the drain hole.
OH and I am told it is not a good idea to cum off with one in as the spunk goes i know not where,
well it does not appear out of your cock or the catheter !
First timers will sense a need to get the cath out very soon as it is an
iritation, but as you get to know how it feels it is like having your
cock fucked ! In fact when you are really used to it having a guy fuck your cock

Princes Wands
These are inserted the same way and then retained by use of your existing
cock head jewelery piercings, if you have a through head pierce vetical
or horizontal which goes through your urethra it will have to come out for
any catheter or wand to go in , obvious really . They usually have a screwed
in decorative plug at the  outer end to aid insertion as the "real end
should lie just inside your piss slit when fitted. This can be anything from
a plain ball to whatever you can get the supplier to make for you, I have
seen a ball about 1/2" diameter with 3/4" spikes which gave the guys cock
a really different look ! With the plug out you can piss and cum through
the tube, the smaller than normal diameter increses the velocity of the piss
or spunk which can be very entertaining especially if your partner is not
expecting it !
You can spray your bodily fluids for yards if you practice and force them
out harder than normal !
Avoid projecting your spunk into his eyes as it always gives me an eye
infection for some reason.
If you intend to get one then remember your cock is longer when hard than
soft so get one short enough to go the full length of your cock soft, as
if it's for your stiff cock it will be too long soft and dig in your groin ,
unless you like that sort of thing that is !!

Pain
Well when you take the cath out it will sting for the first two or three
pisses and the first time you get catheterised you will think your dick
is on fire at the first piss. If this persists more than 24 hours or doesn't get less during that time
go to the doc, you dont have to admit what you have done just explain the symptoms.
We all have to suffer for our art a little bit !

4 SIZING

This is a difficult question for a novice, I have a naturally big piss
slit anyway being a well built boy at 9 1/2" and thick, and have always been
able to get my little finger in to the first knuckle. So I can take a 6 -8
mm ~20FG cath easily, thats the diameter of a BIC biro for comparison
So try starting at 3 mm ~10/12FG and see if it hurts, and then as you get used to it
go up a size at a time till you hit your limit.
With sounds the idea is to enlarge the urethra and you should be very
careful not to overdo it as bleeding takes place easily and is quite
worrying, a good piss usually sorts it out and keep pissing as much as
possible as your piss, to you, is a natural sterile washout for you cock.

Catheters are measured in FG sizes.....means Foley's Gauge.

Basically 1FG = approx 3mm etc. maximum sizes are usually 20 or 22FG = 7 -8.5 mm

5 WHERE TO GET THEM
